Pastor Robin Raudabaugh

Robin Raudabaugh is an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ (UCC), a teacher, a sustainable farmer, and an artisan bread baker. She has degrees in agriculture and education from the University of Minnesota, a Master of Arts in Religion and Theology and a Master of Divinity from United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities.

Robin has a strong commitment to agricultural and environmental issues. She grew up on a dairy farm. Her spirituality is deeply connected to God's creation. Her rural life at the Nitty Gritty Dirt Farm, a Community Supported Agriculture farm that she and her partner developed from scratch three years ago, keeps her close to the land. She believes that making connections between theology and the environment is part of her call to ministry.

In addition to being an award-winning preacher, her background includes teaching agriculture at Elk River High School for many years, working on a vegetable and sheep farm, working as a library assistant at United Theological Seminary, and, most recently, serving as Co-Pastor at Robbinsdale UCC. She has organized and participated in mission trips to Guatemala, led many workshops, and created a unique three-year confirmation curriculum that is still being used at Robbinsdale UCC. Her work at the farm demonstrates her wide array of talents: design and construction of greenhouses, barns and shelters; planting, canning, and preserving food; wool spinning, knitting, and weaving; bread baking, and more.

Through her faithful service to Pilgrims UCC, the congregation has come to know and love Robin. She is a person of deep integrity and spiritual depth as well as a gifted preacher and teacher. Robin combines her passion for preaching and teaching in her ministry at Pilgrims UCC.
